Yeah Geoff a lot of people mentioned that here. Even Felipão in an interview declared that Robinho choose to play for City, and that everything would be different if he went to Chelsea.

Hi Fabricio! Good article. I just saw Robinho’s goal on TV. Fantastic stuff, it’s a shame he couldn’t do more of that when he was in England. He just didn’t want to be at Man City. I wonder how things would’ve turned out had he got his move to Chelsea instead.

funny, no mention of the 2 LA LIGA Titles ROBINHO played a fundamental role in(MADRID haven’t won ANYTHING since he left) and the COPA AMERICA 2007 title & MVP ROBINHO won when KAKA & RONALDINHO infamously told DUNGA they needed to rest while DUNGA’s job was at stake. You better believe ROBINHO will be in South Africa, DUNGA is loyal above all else. Also, has anyone noticed RONALDINHO’s supposed return to form is a myth, check out his last 3 games against decent and not so decent opposition. RONALDINHO had his chance in 2006, kiss South Africa Good bye RONI!!
